The brief was to design a facility for the charity WASPS which offers space to artists, in this particular scenario dancers. However, the brief expanded into several different arts as the area called for a multi functional design. The existing site houses an abandoned movie theatre and dilapidated community centre. It was decided early in the project that the existing derelict building was to be demolished.

The presentation below showcases the final review, this was accompanied by a series of models and documents.
The Design Report accompanied the wall presentation. It collated and documented key design moves over the course of the year.
The models accompanying the presentation ranged from 1:500 - 1:100 scale, each tackling particular aspects of development. The final model was successful in conveying materiality, structure and use with several flexible elements.
The video was compatible with a VR headset at the final review. After starting the video you can view the space by holding and dragging on screen. (unresponsive when viewed on some mobile devices)
